What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is the opportunity to solve problems for my colleagues and find new ways to improve both myself and my team. I get to interact with a wide variety of people, and I truly enjoy learning about their experiences and perspectives. I'm grateful to be part of a team that values lifelong learning and constantly encourages each other to grow and succeed.

What would you tell a student who is thinking about attending East Texas A&M University?

I'd tell them that your community matters—who you surround yourself with makes all the difference. Choosing ETAMU isn't just about picking a university; it's about joining a supportive and welcoming community. The faculty and staff are genuinely invested in your success, both academically and personally, and you'll find people here who will encourage and inspire you every step of the way.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

When I'm not at work, you'll probably find me lost in an audiobook with a craft project in hand. Whether I'm piecing together a puzzle, crocheting, sewing or baking something sweet, I'm usually crafting and listening to a good book.
